All players who will be absent during his match without warning will be punish by 8 penalties points when they will play their match. If it was the only date for the both players, the player who was present wil get the win.

We have taken this decision cause we noticed that some players allowed themselves to not prevent when they couldn't play. We have 32 matches to arbitrate per week and this type of situation make us loose a precious time. ( Obviously, if you tell us before the match you'll not get a penalty for the rematch.)
